IWHC produce a range of brochures and information sheets on the following topics:

IWHC General brochure is general information of our women-only space, giving  the vision and philosophy of the centre, details of services available, opening hours, phone number, map and how to get here.  Disability access is good. 

IWHC Information for New Clients booklet
This booklet is given to every new client and gives clients a wide range of information regarding services (see below) and the following policies:

There is a list of services available, of groups and activities, and of other services held at this Centre by other agencies.

There is information regarding your health record, and about bringing children to appointments with you, and about interpreter services. Group rooms may be booked by community groups or agencies depending on availability. We have a policy regarding the use of rooms here.

IWHC Important Information for all clients is a condensed version for all clients who need to be updated on Rights and Responsibilities, new policies etc.

IWHC Calendar of Activities is  produced twice a year and gives information regarding the Complementary Therapies available here, courses that will be running, and activities like Tai Chi, Yoga, Gentle Exercise and Bellydancing. It also lists community groups that meet here, including Wonderful Older Women, Fibromyalgia Support Group, Art classes. Appointments are available here with other service providers such as Illawarra Legal Centre (free advice), and Eating Disorders Clinic. 

IWHC Healing Therapies for Women brochure
This brochure gives more detailed information on the complementary therapies available here plus costs. It has our address and phone number, plus information on how to get here.

Naturopathy Brochure
This gives detailed information regarding specific conditions treated for women by naturopathy. It also lists general complaints treated and what you can expect from a naturopathic consultation. 

Homeopathy Brochure
Homeopathy can be useful in treating acute illness, infectious diseases, chronic conditions like asthma, arthritis or migraine, conditions like depression, and to aid in recovery from accidents or sports injuries. It can be used in all stages of life and for all aspects of women’s health, and ageing.

Choosing a Counsellor Brochure
Sometimes discussing issues with an experienced counsellor can help give us a new perspective and help us change our situation for the better. This brochure explains what is counselling, where do you start, what to look for in a counsellor, different counselling approaches and more.
