I am a workplace relations specialist, currently working for Woolworths and have a HR background.
I have worked at the Aboriginal Legal Service as a paralegal, and have worked at a number of unions as an Industrial Officer.
I have also dabbled in politics, having served 1 term as a local government councillor on Burwood Council.
I am currently studying a Bachelor of Laws at UTS and am Vice Chair of Our Bodies Our Choices which is a community group that successfully campaigned for abortion law reform. I was also on the Board of the Women’s Electoral Lobby and the NSW Ethnic Communities Council. I am also a domestic violence survivor and am passionate about women’s rights and social justice issues.
