Kim has had 38 years working in the education sector, as a secondary Health and Physical Education teacher for the NSW Department of Education and as lecturer in teacher education at the University of Wollongong. During her career she has held a range of major governance and leadership roles providing both strategic leadership and operational responsibility, while collaborating and communicating with a range of stakeholders.
